I just finished a 9.122km running that lasted about 0hh:44mm:45ss !
Old school book shop I found near work has a good selection of running books available.
Another week at work and even though we are still doing a lot of work from home I needed to be in the office today.
The run from swim Squad seems to be easier when I run to work than when I run home even though the they are similar distances...maybe their is a hill climb in the run home that I am forgetting about.
