I just finished a 18.849km running that lasted about 1hh:45mm:12ss !
Let's Get Running.
We decided to take a drive out to the bays today as lockdown rules eased up a little this morning. Even though it was windy, the run is flat and we had the wind behind us for most of the run back to where we parked.
We took the opportunity to get a quick(15 minute) swim in after the run as well. Using it to recover and take it easy after the run.
