I just finished a 8.374km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:56ss !
Although the rain had stopped it was pretty windy.
We needed to head to the bays to pick up some socks. Yes, socks. As part of our triathlon club member ship, we get a free pair of riding socks. We needed to pick them up from one of the committee members tonight, so we also decided to head down to the bays for an easier afternoon run.
It was a windy afternoon, so it was a good idea to start our run out towards the city, as we had the wind behind us for most of the run back.
