This is the picture of our little kitten we adopted. You may remember Charlie who was with us for about five hours on Sunday. His previous owners decided they couldn't part with him...fare enough. We have since been able to get hold of Ash now instead who is a non stop running and purring machine. Even though we don't have Charlie but are having an amazing time with Ash.
Anyway back to the run.
It's interval running with the triathlon club and another interesting session.
Another tough session which will hopefully build to races coming up in the next week's and months.
