Description from Strava: A good day of training even though the weather was not as nice. It was cool to still get in the water this morning for an open water swim. It seemed to drop in temperature pretty quickly but we'll hopefully get a few more weeks.
This afternoon I jumped on the treadmill for a harder run. 10 minutes warm up followed by 40 minutes effort and 2 minutes cool down.
