I mean, well - if this headline turns out to be just a nasty rumor, then we will want to make sure the officials say nothing official ever again except, "Yes sir, the bathroom is now clean!"
I know that Mr. Biden felt very secure in his home, knowing he need not get out there and speak to the voters. He knew he would "win" so he did not need to worry at all. He felt more secure than at any other time in history. (fox should clarify if that is what they meant)
