This was my dinner two days ago, cooked by a kind Chinese lady and gentleman in a hostel at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. 🌋🍴 It was a vegetarian feast that tasted absolutely delicious!

🥔🍍 The bottom plate: potatoes, pineapple, and green paprika
🍅🧄 And my favorite, the middle plate: tomatoes, garlic, and some mystery ingredients that made it extra special!
