We all want to eat healthy. But when the first thing comes on our mind after listening the 'eating healthy' word we looses our desire to stick to it. I am talking about 'Green food'. But do you know, you can eat healthy without adding too much green in your food. Yeah, it's totally possible. Just we have to stick to it.
Eating healthy creates an image like we have to eat unprocessed, organic, veg, oil free food. But we all know how impossible is that to stick to it. Yeah, there are many people doing it but there are actually millions who can not afford it. So what I'm suggesting is, plan your own food in your own way.
We should not miss healthy food for a day. It's okay to slip sometimes from this plan but we should get back on the plan fast. That does not mean we have to worry about having fun. We should try to enjoy life in our own way, but also should make a plan to guide us back toward a healthy diet as quickly as possible. We have to discover what fits us best and should follow that diet plan. Just following popular diet method can not help and most of the time people losses interests after few days coz those require much attention to follow the plan and seems like a bit hard to stick to it. But we can sure try these two simple trick to eat healthy and stick to this plan.
