I just finished a 12.132km running that lasted about 1hh:8mm:3ss !
A nice & gentle recovery run with a couple of friends. 7.5ish miles on mixed terrain - roads, fields, gravel. Got absolutely soaked as it’s raining again but it’s nice to have company!
