Hello, Splinterlands warriors!

What are your thoughts on the new system and features in Splinterlands? Ever since various changes started rolling out, it feels like we constantly have to adapt. There are new mechanics to learn, strategies that need to be re-examined, and, of course, the possibility of making a wrong move. But that’s the nature of gaming—if everything were easy, we might lose out on good stories to tell.

While trying to keep up with these developments, I continued my regular Brawl routine with the ClaNFT guild. This week's results were quite decent. I managed to contribute 18 points, finishing with six wins and two losses.

However, as usual, there is a small catch behind those victory figures. Out of the six wins, four were forfeit wins (auto-wins) because the opponents failed to submit their teams. Thus, only two wins were actually earned through battle. Meanwhile, the two losses served as a reminder that my strategy still has room for improvement.

I don’t want to treat this result as an extraordinary achievement, but there’s no need to feel discouraged either. In Brawls, every single point matters for the guild. We might not always be the players with the most wins, but as long as we participate and contribute, we remain part of the shared struggle.

In the end, ClaNFT managed to secure second place. Naturally, I’m thrilled. There’s a distinct satisfaction when everyone’s individual efforts combine into a result we can all enjoy together.

For this achievement, each fully participating member earned 2,450 Merits, while players with a Spellbook received 27.725 staked SPS.

To me, these rewards are more than just numbers on a screen. Merits help me grow my Gladiator card collection, while SPS is an asset I continuously stack. Currently, my total Merits have reached 7,535.

My next goal is to keep accumulating them over the remaining six days of October. With consistency, hopefully, the total will grow enough to bring me closer to opening my next Gladius Case. I haven't reached the destination yet, but a long journey always begins with small steps. After all, even a crypto wallet can't be filled on good intentions alone.

I also view Brawls as a great learning ground. Being part of a guild allows us to exchange strategies, understand card combinations, and learn from other members' experiences. Even losses feel more constructive when we can discuss the reasons behind them together.

So, keep participating in Brawls, study the system updates, and gather rewards consistently. Don't just chase big numbers; enjoy the process, understand the risks of crypto assets, and don't push yourself too hard just for rewards. Because in both gaming and investing, patience is often far more valuable than rushing.

See you in the next Brawl story, Splinterlands warriors!
