today i am very excited because i talk about greapfruit and it product.
greapfruit......
The grapefruit is a subtropical citrus tree for its sour to semi-sweet, somewhat bitter fruit.it provide 42 coleries amount of pet 100 gram .it colour found in pink and white.
It main three product.
1).greapfruit jam.
2).greapfruit squash.
3).greapfruit marmalade.

Add the grapefruit and juice to a large, non-reactive, heavy bottomed pot. Add the sugar and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil a very high temperature stirring regularly until the sugar dissolves n this solution.
Greapfruit squash.
Concentrated no add sugar pink grapefruit high amount of juice drink with sweetners.
Recipe....
1).greapfruit.
2).citric acid.
3).sugar.
procedure.
first of all we extract the juice from greapfruit .
then add the sugar untill sugar is dissolve .
adf citric acid to provide sourness.
after this procedure squash is ready and pack with in bottle.and then seal the bottle.
19 september 2017 our department arrange a copmpition "new food product devolpment " my product is greapfruit squash with blessing of Allah .me in third position in this compition .
