Several rainy days passed, and the sun was missed. The white of the clouds, the blue of the sky, the green of the trees, and the birds' daily chirping were longed for.

Fortunately, today dawned just as I had longed for. The brightness was evident in people's faces, in the plants, in the animals, and in the air that caressed our feet.

I was walking to work, gazing at the bank of a river, which had benefited from the rains, when I was surprised by a sight I hadn't seen in years, at least not in my city.

A sheep with her beautiful lamb, already strong enough to graze on its own, but still dependent on her. Wherever its mother went, the little bovine followed.

Like any living being beginning to discover its surroundings, the lamb is curious about my presence. The mother doesn't even flinch, but the lamb observes me as if greeting someone before continuing its feeding routine.

It was a precious, revitalizing moment for me, and I hope it will be for you as well.
