#2-hello ,it's rainy day because of typhoon jolina .
Anyway this is my entry for today, simple food for rainy season.
Only Filipinos are familiar with this food, dried fish or in Tagalog we called it"tuyo" it's a little bit salt because of the process of preservation using salt.
Just fry it for 3 min. And serve!馃榿
About the sauce, slice ginger and garlic add some vinegar and stir .
Yummy.
If you desire to add some tomato .
Chip but yummy or in Tagalog "masarap"馃構
About the rice .
Then serve, enjoy eating with love once.
