I went on Surfline to see what the storm is up to along the coast near me.
34 mph gusts at the Wedge in Newport. There are probably stronger gusts than that.

Haggerty's is on the other side of Palos Verdes and it's offshore wind there. 38mph

Wild weather here. There's probably snow all over in places that rarely see any. When it clears up it might be pretty great.
