In these days that it has been very hot, I wanted to make a drink that would refresh me and that I could share with my family. There are so many rich and refreshing preparations, but when I saw the Brazilian lemonade it caught my attention, because I am a lover of lemon drinks.

En estos días que ha hecho mucho calor, quería hacer una bebida que me refrescara y pudiera compartir con mi familia. Hay tantas preparaciones sabrosas y refrescantes, pero cuando vi la limonada brasileña me llamó mucho la atención, pues soy amante de las bebidas con limón.
Así que hoy les comparto mi receta de limonada brasileña.
So today I share with you my Brazilian lemonade recipe.
5 lemons.
1 cup of water.
A can of condensed milk.
Ingredientes
5 limones.

The first thing we will do is wash the lemons very well, then cut them into four pieces and with a small knife we will remove the veins and seeds, in this preparation we will use the whole lemon, without removing the peel, what will make the lemonade become bitter are the veins of the lemon, so we will remove them little by little.
Lo primero que haremos es lavar muy bien los limones, luego los cortamos en cuatro pedazos y con un cuchillo pequeños le vamos a quitar las venas y las semillas, en esta preparación usaremos el limón completo, sin quitarle la concha, lo que hará que la limonada se vuelva amarga son las venas del limón, así que las quitaremos poco a poco.
When you have done this step, add them to the blender, along with the water and condensed milk. Blend until you see everything integrated, before adding the ice you must strain it, since there are pieces of lemon left without blending. Rectify the flavor and blend again.
Cuando ya hayas hecho este paso, los agregamos a la licuadora, junto al agua y la leche condensada. Licuaremos hasta que veamos todo integrado, antes de agregarle el hielo debes colarlo, ya que quedan trozos de limón sin licuar. Rectificamos el sabor y llevamos de nuevo a licuar.
Add crushed ice, this is to everyone's taste, I like it to be like a frappe.
Le agregaremos hielo picado, esto ya es a gusto que cada persona, a mi me gusta que quede como un frappe.
When the lemonade is ready, cut a lemon in half, and pass it to the edges of the glass so that the sugar sticks, this technique is called "frosting technique" then chop the lemon into wheels not so thick, cut only in the center part down and place it in the glass, this would be our decoration.
Cuando ya esté lista la limonada, cortamos un limón a la mitad, y se lo pasaremos a las orillas del vaso para que el azúcar se pegue, esta técnica se llama "técnica de escarchado" luego picamos el limón en ruedas no tan gruesa, cortamos solo en la parte del centro hacia abajo y lo colocamos en el vaso, este sería nuestra decoración.
We serve our lemonade in the decorated glasses and we are ready to taste it. A tip, it is a drink that is tastier if you drink it at the time of preparation.
