This video is only 3 minutes long, and it shows the conclusion of my Cheshire Cat Style Guide process.
I brought this to a close where I did, so I could spend the remainder of the evening painting over a comic I did in Dec '17. There's enough information here to complete the remaining panels of the storyboard without obsessing over details, and still making the Cheshire Cat an interesting enough character.
.:.
I've got a few hours left of work tonight, so I'll go through that older project [NSFW] and see what I can do in terms of a SFW repainting of that older comic using the new character style guides.
To give you a bit of insight into what exactly I'm talking about here:
This is a panel I did for this 4 page Warcraft comic I did Dec '17 -- and the two paintings below are character examples of my current project.
[It's pretty slutty. The comic is only 4 pages long, and only two panels worth are mildly SFW -- and one of those panels, a blood elf is getting fingered by a space goat. -- Just so we both know what's going on here.]
The theoretical objective here is to cannibalize my earlier comic, repaint it, and then include those ~3-4 pages -- whatever is left -- into this project that I'm currently working on, without sacrificing any quality.
It honestly might be easier to just start from scratch, but I'm curious to know if this will work, so I'm going to try it out.
This is what the next video will be about -- likely a repainting of this panel above, or of the first panel of the strip where they are walking and holding hands -- Maybe both.
All of the other panels are lewd, and honestly that's where most of the work is going to be located at.
This means I'll probably do one painting tomorrow and another painting the next day for the SFW stuff, and then in the evening times, feverishly paint lesbians until I pass out.
Like a professional.
