Preheat oven at 180 deg cent
In a bowl take 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese Add to it finely chopped onions, peppers, corriander leaves & green chillies Add to it salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder & black pepper powder Mayonnaise Mix it well
Spread butter on the bread/ buns Put the mixture on it
Put in the oven until the cheese melts
Remove. Serve hot 馃構
*optional - can add jalape帽os, sweet corn, mushroom, bacon, cooked chicken bits.. anything at all!! . . . .
