Pilgrim in Heat 2026. (1 of 2) Oil on loose canvas, 14 x 18"
Thanks to the recent re-inspiration from the Director of Stuckism, Edgeworth Johnstone (@jompiy), I have come up with a plan to keep my Instagram, and re-open a new Facebook account. I will use the Zuckerburg apps, and acquire an X account to use as pure Advertism for bi-monthly Free Art Frees Art pop-up exhibitions throughout the community, and on location. My problems with A.I. solved, I can focus on the art, and less on the fear of art saturation and image theft. Maybe a trend will evolve. To begin, I will cease and desist all original content uploads to the master’s tools, and instead create posts for Free Art Advertism. I make no less than 21 paintings a week. Every other Friday at 3 p.m., beginning on November 6, 2026, I will exhibit my work at a venue to be determined. Any visitors to the exhibition can view the work (three weeks old to allow for drying), and take one home for free, provided they agree to being seen on a future Youtube episode.
This week I will scout out public rooms, corridors and hallways that can accommodate 21 paper or loose canvas paintings. Any person viewing the live exhibit can mark her favorite and pick it up after the show. I’ll also make a sandwich board sign to set up for passersby. These will be no frills exhibitions. Sometimes just paintings laid out on the floor, up and down a hallway. The point is to exhibit in public, like the cave people did before mass market modern communications sponged up whatever remained of our soul juice.
It is the Stuckist’s duty to explore his/her neurosis and innocence through the making of paintings and displaying them in public, thereby enriching society by giving shared form to individual experience and an individual form to shared experience.

My First Oil Transfer is a Keitha Bunny 2026. Oil transfer on paper, 12 x 16"
A day or two after the exhibition, I will post on Substack and Steemit images of the paintings that were on display, and a video of the experience. This is how I hope to stay connected as a person and painter on the Internet without sacrificing artistic dignity. Prior to every exhibition, Zuckerburg and Musk can go eat cheese while I confiscate their apps for my own purposes of advertisement. Not a single image of my work for them to steal into another data center!
This is a huge win for me. I was getting worried that I would dry up like a last year’s opened box of Saltines.
I had some success in March at the SUNY Oswego campus giving away my art for free. I imagine these exhibitions even less formal, and no interviews, unless mutual and spontaneous:
