“Art is an echo of the creative force that birthed the galaxies.
“Creativity is the way that the cosmos evolves and communicates with itself.
”The great uplifting of humanity beyond its self-destruction is the redemptive mission of art.”
~Alex Grey
This video was quite a great...
One of the most famous, prolific psychedelic artists of the last century, Alex Grey’s art has made its mark firmly in the culture.
This brief Ted Talk of his wonderfully captured not only a historic overview of his developmental timeline as an artist, but a bit of the philosophical outlook driving his art - providing a magically-insightful glimpse into deeper realms of art’s role in the evolution of human consciousness.
Should you feel compelled to indulge...
Enjoy!
