I have been struggling with an internet service provider. The speed has been slowing intermittently for weeks now. It has finally gotten so bad. I cannot upload pictures to my posts. I called my provider the first time and the recorded message referred me back to filing my complaint online. Really? So, on my third call, I actually received good service from them. They have provided a credit for the retarded connection and are sending a technician out in about three days to change the modem and check the lines. Super, we hope. They said the extreme changes in weather was wreaking havoc all over the country. And here I was blaming Net Neutrality, or the lack thereof. At first it was hard to swallow that the temperature was slowing the electrical or fiber optics. I thought they were just throttling or perhaps I was just retarded. It was explained, the expanding and contracting on the connections, caused them to loosen. Ok, I can see that. So my normally prolific posting may be retarded a bit. Also, I have been invited to join a few groups. I believe my inability to navigate the enrollment has been due to the retarded internet speed and not the retardation of the enrollee. However, that cannot be ruled out until we get back up to snuff. Thank you for your support and patience in the Steem community. I hate being retarded.
