Memories! Good and Bad! I just want my friends to know, we are not rich and although blessed , we live paycheck to paycheck too. For us, we would rather be in debt for beautiful memories ( some prefer mammaries) put your money where your mouth is! For the little disposable income we have, we decided to spend on memories, and that includes living with some old carpet tainted by three dogs and the scars of some love. It also includes the adventures of being pickpocketed, joyriding and trying to figure out where the next sunrise is. As time goes by and arthritis starts to set in, these days may be limited. We met an attorney on our trip from NC to Greece. He was roughly our age, he had lost his wife and traveled mostly to find a source for him to interact with people. He was clearly lonely. At first, he annoyed me, bannging on the yankee thing. But then he followed us around stating we North Carolinians need to stick together. And we did! I am so thankful I have a mate provided by God to be with me, I do not deserve, nor does she. Life is good!
