Wonderful Tuesday 🙋🏻♀️🌺🦋🌼🙋🏻♀️ My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2020
Greetings and Happy Tuesday Everyone,
It’s me again and thank you for joining as I am about to share with you my stepping adventure activity for today.
So, I got up early and started my warmup exercises then walking around inside the house. Then I went and continued my walk adventure to the nature trail park. I walked for about an hour and a half then I came back home.
The park was open but empty as there weren’t anybody there at all but myself. The place was quite and very calming except for a few tweets up on the trees from time to time.
Sat on one of the benches just listening to the quite sound of nature and let the warmth rays come through.
Quite a few beautiful wild flowers were in bloom in the park. Then I saw and found a rabbit roaming and hopping around as it munches on some leaves it finds appealing and tasty. He didn’t mind that I was taking a snapshots.
At home I rested, got cleaned up and watched the news. Went to the balcony and took a few more pictures while I kept pacing back and forth.
Later in the afternoon I went grocery shopping. A guard posted at the entrance door asked questions concerning covid19 (if you’ve been exposed to it, etc) then directs the customer to go wash hands with soap, and a paper towel provided to dry your hands. Then another guard hands you a sanitizer wipes to wipe the cart handle before they let you in inside the store.
And as more customers comes to the store they then have to form a line and use social distancing measure. This can take up additional time of your activity for the day. But certainly and obviously these preventative measures are taken up for a good cause and for the situation that we happened to be in in which none of us or humanity asked for. But for sure a government entity is responsible for all this. The damages and suffering it has caused toward the 182 countries is devastating. It would be a horrible injustice if they can get away with it without any repercussions.
After shopping, I stopped by at BK, ordered a meal and parked in a parking lot for a late lunch. And drove home.
