Sunday Funday Walk 馃Χ馃懀馃幎 !! My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2020
Hello and Howdy Everyone!
Thanks for tuning in and welcome once again to my fitness report. Hope your day was wonderful and stepping workout a breeze.
As for me, I had my walked around the neighborhood this morning. It was a long pleasant walk with a temperature around 46F degrees and cool air in its surroundings. Very much cloudy this morning, and as white like these flowers, but without the sun though. Still it was a wonderful pleasant walk.
Saw quite a few walkers, joggers and bikers this fine glorious morning in this beautiful quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of pine cone trees among others.
I returned home after 10AM rested and relaxed on the couch while watching the news. Then later had brunch that I made and then onto tidying up the kitchen for a bit and just doing menial things around the house.
Just stayed home the rest of the day; took some naps and watched shows on Netflix.
