Hello to all my viewers/followers and to all steemian out there!
I will share to you how i made this two-toned Condensed Buttercream Frosting. Thankfully and finally i made it, it was so stable. I'm so glad of it's result, i used the ratio 1:1.
Ingredients:
• 1 bar butter, softened
• 1 Cup Condensed milk, chilled overnight
Procedure:
- Cut the butter into cubes and beat until the color becomes lighter, slow-medium speed only.
- Add the condensed milk little by little, mix it well before adding again. Beat until stiff peak.
- Separate enough condensed buttercream to add some color, i used red but i used small amout so it becomes pink.
- Ready your piping bag with piping tip of choice, add the colored icing to the sides inside it. Now add the condensed buttercream (not colored) at the center, inside the pink icing.
- Test the icing first, pipe it in a parchment paper until you get your desired tone. Then pipe it out to your cupcakes. Enjoy!
