Hi food buddies here in our hive!
I would like to share this banana bread recipe, not so sweet but so yummy. The ingredients needed are usually in our kitchen.
Here are the Ingredients:
| 2 Large | Eggs |
| 200g | White Sugar |
| 1/2 Cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 180g | All Purpose Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1/2 Cup | Milk |
| 1 Cup | Over ripe Mashed Banana |
| 50g | Chocolate/White Chocolate Chips |
| 2 Tablespoon | Roasted Peanut |
Let's start :
Pre-heat oven @ 150°C for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix sugar and eggs.
Pour in the vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.
Add the salt and baking soda to the flour and mix well. Make sure to sieve it before adding to the wet ingredients.
Pour in the milk and mix well.
Add the mashed banana and mix until well incorporated. Do not over mix the batter.
I used 7x3 loaf pan and put baking paper. Divide the batter into two, sprinkle both with white choco chips and crushed peanuts.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Just got out from the oven and pan.
Let it cool in a cooling rack.
Let's eat! Pair it with hot coffee or your favorite juice. Can be a snack or dessert.
