Hola chicos, sean todos bienvenidos nuevamente a mi contenido, el d铆a de hoy te cuento c贸mo solucionar la ilegalidad como migrante en Colombia.
Si han tenido la oportunidad de ojear mi contenido sabr谩n que hace m谩s de un a帽o estoy residenciado en el norte de santander, Colombia...este traslado lo hice de forma ilegal y espont谩nea debido a que nunca tr谩mite mi pasaporte por un problema que tuve en la infancia por doble n煤mero de cedulacion, es decir...Rodrigo Pinz贸n ten铆a dos n煤meros de c茅dula. Este inconveniente lo pude solventar ya siendo mayor de edad pero por las circunstancias de mi pa铆s, el tr谩mite de emisi贸n de pasaporte adem谩s de costoso era muy engorroso.
Comenzando la pandemia me enamor茅 de @millyzev...esto sucede porque Milly para aquel entonces se encontraba en Venezuela para un proceso quir煤rgico al que fue sometido su hijo Gabriel (otro de los procesos d贸nde dependiendo del pa铆s es f谩cil o dif铆cil) pero el punto es que nos conocimos y gracias al tiempo que compartimos ense帽谩ndole sobre #hive comenzamos una relaci贸n, pero ella estaba residenciada en Colombia y yo en Venezuela por aquel entonces.
Poco a poco fuimos sumando granitos de arena en pro de nuestra relaci贸n hasta que por fin la realidad nos alcanz贸...era momento de decidir si continuar la relaci贸n o no y para seguir creciendo deb铆a tomar la decisi贸n de venir a Colombia a formar una vida a su lado. Hoy por hoy tenemos m谩s de un a帽o juntos d贸nde no les voy a mentir...vamos de victoria en victoria y esta es una de ellas.
A pesar de que nuestra vida ha cambiado para mejor en todos los sentidos, todav铆a est谩 la espina por ser ilegal dentro de Colombia. Por m谩s que nuestra familia, relaci贸n y nuestros ingresos est茅n estables, la situaci贸n de ser ilegal no es ideal...ese es el motivo de este #post.
Lo primero que debes hacer es ingresar a la p谩gina de migraci贸n en el pa铆s cafetero...dentro de dicha p谩gina existe un tr谩mite llamado RUMV (no se que mierda) este es un permiso para transitar dentro del pa铆s y realizar alguno que otro tr谩mite legal...ALARGAR.
Despu茅s de hacer el registro respondiendo un cuestionario muy espec铆fico de vida, donde entre las preguntas que m谩s recuerdo est谩n: "si posees ingresos continuos, hijos, si nacieron aqu铆 o si son extranjeros, si tienen sus tres comidas, si estos estudian o no, entre otras" no les mentire...est谩s son las que m谩s recuerdo porque en mi caso d贸nde no tengo hijos la mayor铆a de las preguntas que ten铆a delante de m铆 pod铆an ser respondidas con un rotundo "NO" . La idea de este procedimiento es dar ante los entes de migraci贸n un estudio socioecon贸mico de mi situaci贸n.
Terminado este tr谩mite aparece en pantalla el "carnet" y autom谩ticamente la p谩gina, si existe disponibilidad te asigna un d铆a para culminar dicho procedimiento.
Hoy fue mi d铆a, es decir...hoy me tocaba por fin, despu茅s de meses de espera consignar mis papeles. Cuando llegu茅 al sitio me puse muy nervioso y no es por ser denigrante ni nada por el estilo, pero lo que les dir茅 tiene total sentido y la idea es contextualizar a煤n m谩s este #post. Cuando llegu茅 al puente Sim贸n Bol铆var (ten铆a a metros tierras venezolanas) el estereotipo de las personas era de bajos recursos, sent铆a una din谩mica en la calle muy acelerada y yo no pens茅 en vestirme adecuado para la ocasi贸n, sent铆a que estaba fuera de lugar. No es secreto la situaci贸n de mi pa铆s, d贸nde por escenarios precarios, la necesidad sobre todo de ingresos que ayuden a tener una vida digna han afectado a todos los venezolanos.
Las fronteras latinoamericanas siempre han tenido fama de ser realmente horrorosas, d贸nde en cualquier momento podemos ser v铆ctimas de alg煤n delito(hurto,secuestro,estafa). En el primer instante que me baj茅 del transporte p煤blico empec茅 a caminar r谩pido entre todos los vendedores ambulantes que ten铆a a mi alrededor... Hab铆an much铆simas personas , sobre todo hombres j贸venes con muy mal aspecto y es que la vibra que emiten era de aquellas personas que viven del diario y dudo mucho que las personas instaladas en plena frotera tengan alg煤n tipo de aspiraci贸n distinta al de la inmediatez.
Pero chicos, despu茅s de estar horas esperando a ser atendido por fin sali贸 una autoridad a validar que realmente mi cita fuese el d铆a de hoy...despu茅s de revisar en su lista me pidi贸 los documentos que hab铆a tra铆do... sud茅 fr铆o debido a que nada m谩s cargaba mi c茅dula de identidad y Milly (que ya hab铆a hecho este tr谩mite) no me hab铆a contado de ning煤n documento que tuviese que traer..."tienes que tener la hoja donde aparece el carnet"馃う馃檭馃サ le dije que si pod铆a hacer algo... 茅l estaba muy apurado y lo entiendo porque la atenci贸n al p煤blico y m谩s en entes del gobierno requieren de mucha movilidad porque atienden a much铆simas personas diarias, imag铆nense 茅l explicando algo que se supone yo deb铆a ya saber pero el techo mi nivel de despitado no llega ah铆, es m谩s alto debido a que ten铆a horas en el mismo sitio, incomunicado hasta que 茅l viene y me dice que hay wifi para que ingrese por internet a la plataforma y lo descargue...lo hice, ahora el problema era imprimirlo...por dentro estaba "ok, salir de nuevo a d贸nde las personas con cara de carcelarios" 馃サ馃檭馃う "驴En un lugar como este, d贸nde lo que abundan son las casa de cambio...los sitios de comida de dudosa procedencia ir茅 a conseguir un cyber? Lo hab铆a...es decir, consegu铆 el sitio para imprimir la hoja del carnet.
Ya cuando pude ingresar, despu茅s de haber hecho mi cola (de 煤ltimo) me hicieron firmar con un bol铆grafo electr贸nico que no es lo mismo a la firma electr贸nica...me tomaron las huellas para posteriormente tomarme la foto.
C贸mo resumen abejas, si est谩n en Colombia...deben ingresar a la p谩gina de migraci贸n, llenar el cuestionario, esperar que le asignen la cita...traer la hoja impresa de la p谩gina de migraci贸n d贸nde aparezca el carnet del rumv soportado por el documento de identidad en f铆sico, original... Y listo. Muchas veces pensamos que es complicado, que por experiencias previas en nuestro pa铆s va a ser imposible, que debemos pagar a alg煤n gestor...pero no es as铆. El procedimiento es f谩cil de realizar y s煤per 谩gil. Est谩 fue mi experiencia y he querido transmitirles esto porque s茅 que al igual que yo...hay una que otra abeja volando lejos del panal 馃挌

Little by little we were adding little bits of sand in favor of our relationship until finally reality caught up with us...it was time to decide whether to continue the relationship or not and to continue growing I had to make the decision to come to Colombia to form a life by her side. Today we have more than a year together where I'm not going to lie...we go from victory to victory and this is one of them.
Even though our life has changed for the better in every way, there is still the thorn of being illegal in Colombia. As much as our family, relationship and our income is stable, the situation of being illegal is not ideal...that's the reason for this #post.
The first thing you must do is to enter the migration page in the coffee country...within that page there is a procedure called RUMV (I don't know what the fuck) this is a permit to transit within the country and perform some other legal procedure...LONG.
After registering by answering a very specific questionnaire of life, where among the questions I remember most are: "if you have continuous income, children, if they were born here or if they are foreigners, if they have their three meals, if they study or not, among others" I did not lie ... these are the ones I remember most because in my case where I have no children most of the questions I had in front of me could be answered with a resounding "NO". The idea of this procedure is to give the immigration authorities a socioeconomic study of my situation.
Once this procedure is finished, the "carnet" appears on the screen and automatically the page, if there is availability, assigns you a day to complete the procedure.
Today was my day, that is to say...today it was finally my turn, after months of waiting, to consign my papers. When I got to the site I was very nervous and not to be demeaning or anything like that, but what I will tell you makes total sense and the idea is to further contextualize this #post. When I arrived at the Simon Bolivar bridge (I had Venezuelan land meters away) the stereotype of the people was low income, I felt a dynamic in the street very accelerated and I did not think to dress appropriately for the occasion, I felt I was out of place. It is no secret the situation of my country, where by precarious scenarios, the need especially of income that help to have a decent life have affected all Venezuelans.
The Latin American borders have always had a reputation of being really horrible, where at any time we can be victims of a crime (robbery, kidnapping, fraud). The first moment I got off the public transportation I started to walk fast among all the street vendors around me.... There were many people, especially young men looking very bad and the vibe they emitted was of those who live on a daily basis and I doubt very much that people installed in full frotera have some kind of aspiration other than the immediacy.
But guys, after waiting for hours to be attended finally an authority came out to validate that my appointment was really today... after checking in his list he asked me for the documents I had brought... I sweated cold because I only had my identity card and Milly (who had already done this procedure) had not told me about any document I had to bring... "you have to have the sheet where the ID card appears"馃う馃檭馃サ I told him if I could do something.... he was in a hurry and I understand it because the attention to the public and more in government entities require a lot of mobility because they serve many people daily, imagine him explaining something that I was supposed to already know but the ceiling my level of cluelessness does not reach there, it is higher because I had hours in the same place, incommunicado until he comes and tells me that there is wifi to enter the internet to the platform and download. ..I did it, now the problem was to print it...inside I was "ok, go out again to where the people with prison faces" 馃サ馃檭馃う "In a place like this, where what abound are the exchange houses...the food places of dubious origin I will go to get a cyber? When I was able to enter, after having queued up (last) they made me sign with an electronic pen which is not the same as an electronic signature...they took my fingerprints and then took my photo.

The procedure is easy to perform and super agile.
