Although I recently joined hive(via ecency.com), I've been doing my own studies about blockchain-based SNS/blog for a few months.
I'm thinking of an automated curation service which will work as follows:
Users delegate HP to
Vote weight for each user is calculated according to delegation amount. Vote weight is proportional to delegation amount.
The curation account upvotes each user's post once a day. Timezone is ASEAN Central Time GMT+8.
This concept is somewhat similar to crypto mining. You invest your HP and earn reward by keeping a diary. With aggregated HIVE POWER, reward will be much higher than self-voting.
I have been developing and testing a few core functions for this design. I'm confident that once it's complete, it will work nicely. Also, it could help the community to grow by attracting new users.
Now, I need to know if there is real demand for this kind of service. If you're interested, please leave a comment.
All the calculations and upvoting will be automated. It means I need to get a 24/7 running server to interact with HIVE blockchain. It take time and money, so I'd need to know demands are really here.
