We are all at a different point in our experience with Hive and Leo Finance. I have only been around for a little over four months now, whereas some people have been grinding for numerous years, some people just a few days.
That being said, I think it is absolutely necessary to figure out what your goals and aspirations are when putting a significant amount of time and effort into something.
What Do You Want To Achieve?
Why are you here? Are you logging on every day just to hit the like button a few times and log off? Do you want to share your financial thoughts and aspirations? Do you want to shi*post and see if you can get rich quick? Do you want to be an important part of a growing industry in Web 3.0?
Whatever your reasons are, you need to assess them and make a plan of action to accomplish them.
In my case, I really want to be an important part of the Web 3.0 movement. I have spent so much time being late to the party. I missed on ADA, BNB, EOS, XRP, ETH and many more. I want to establish a position financially and in terms of influence on a platform that I believe in and watch it succeed.
I enjoy writing articles and I enjoy engaging with the brilliant people I have come across on this platform, it makes my day better and I feel it makes me a more intelligent person.
However, I must admit, the reason that I am sticking around and putting the work into this ecosystem is because I truly believe that both the Hive Blockchain and the Cub Finance (LeoBridge) platforms have the fundamentals and drive to become world changing technologies.
What Do You Want To Earn?
Let's talk money. Though it is my personal stance that you should not write your posts and comments solely to make money, it is also an important factor as time is money and with the Hive ecosystem, time is ACTUALLY MONEY!
My personal goal is to make between 5 (conservative) and 10 (reach) Leo per day on here. Whatever Hive I can rake in along the way is a bonus, but I plan on buying more Hive than I make from writing.
What would this be worth at different price valuations?
If I were to make 10 Leo a day, here is what the results would be after a year of hard work:
- At $1/Leo 10 Leo per day *365 days = $3650/year
- At $5/Leo 10 Leo per day *365 days = $18,250/year
- At $10/Leo 10 Leo per day *365 days = $36,500/year
- At $25/Leo 10 Leo per day *365 days = $91,250/year
These returns are absolutely mind blowing to me. In addition, it becomes a bit easier to stack Leo with each little bit you power up. These prices are obviously very high up, but it has been done countless times in the crypto world and with such strong utility there is really nothing stopping Leo from being the next to do it.
How Will You Do All Of This?
What is your plan for reaching your goals? Will you post numerous times a day? Will you comment 50 times per day? Will you reach out to people and do interviews? Will you like 50 posts a day? Will you stake all of your tokens?
In my case, I have made myself a few goals.
- Post least once per day on Leo Finance
- Post at least 2 times per week on other tribes
- Comment 25 times per day on Leo Finance
- Use up at least 30% of my voting mana per day (when possible)
- Follow 10 new people on Hive every week
- Interview at least 2 people per month
