I just finished a 4.696km running that lasted about 0hh:24mm:45ss !
There were very few people in the park. Normally, this park would be bustling with active morning walkers and runners. It was almost dead in the morning. The forecast was for a thunderstorm and I took my chances. I wanted to continue the streak as I need to run at least 60 kms this month. I don't know if i will be able to achieve that target. It's almost half of the month I still need to run 50K. Let's see.
It rained heavily when I started my run. I continued and there were only three other runners in the park. It was a tough run and I could not complete a 5K. The rain continued and I had to take a shelter. At least I went outside. The weather was humid and the rain made it much better to run. The pace was okay.
We are into the Falls and the month of September will be a nice month for runners. Keep up the good work.
