I just finished a 4.565km running that lasted about 0hh:23mm:30ss !
An evening run after a torrential downpour was something to remember. What else do you want? It was really nice as I stayed home all day. It was a perfect getaway. Until late afternoon, it was not ideal to go out for a run. I almost gave up and was planning to watch a show on Netflix. Luckily the sun came again smiling.
I wanted a relaxed evening run rather than an aggressive one. Surprisingly, I still cannot plan my pace. I always outpace my planned pace. I need to figure out how to be more accurate.
