Mother nature can teach us many great life, and even business, lessons! Here is another one of those lessons from our trip through Arches National Park in Moab, UT
There must be balance in our life!
These massive stones have been left precariously balanced upon their pedestals for thousands of years!
Back to life/work. I have been successful in my work life, but it came at a great cost. I didn't have balance. The only way to win that game was to trade more time for more money. Such a predicament causes so much pain to so many of us! I missed out on much of my daughter's youth; missed out on quality time with friends and family. I found myself at a place where, sure, I had a great house, cars... stuff, but the only real relationship I had was to my job!
There had to be a better way!
And, there is a better way!
With the help of Mike Klingler and his Profit Platform, I learned how to apply the principles of compounding and leverage. I can now spend quality time with my wife and enjoy our life together. I can now take the time to drive across the country to help my ailing mother. I no longer have to miss opportunities to participate in my, now adult, daughter's life.
I can do all these things while continuing to grow my business!
