God loves everyone equally even those who are sinners, God wants usually give sinners the opportunity to repent and come back to him. His patience reflects His desire for people to turn away from sin and receive His forgiveness. However, God's protection should never be mistaken as approval of sinful living.
At the same time, the Bible teaches that lasting protection is found in a right relationship with God through faith and obedience. While God may show kindness and preserve the lives of sinners, He calls everyone to repent and walk in His ways. His grace is available to all who sincerely seek Him and are willing to turn from sin.
