Asalto

Assault
He had the wisdom of hard times, he had always lived with needs, but one day, his wife told him: "there is nothing to eat". He knew the urgent need to provide for his family: his wife and his son, a little boy of only two years old. He left his house with his hands tucked in his jacket and his fists clenched, scheming where he could strike, but before doing so, he looked for work in different places and was denied in all of them.
His mind wandered and his soul trembled with the fear of carrying out the act he was about to commit. It was urgent for him to calm the hunger of his loved ones, he crossed the street in front of the place he had selected for the assault: his body trembled, his throat was dry. He touched his weapon, covered with his jacket, his body expelled an icy sweat, he stepped back and behind a wall he gave himself the necessary courage to commit the act.
He entered and observed the behavior of those present; he left with parsimonious steps, wanting to give time for the people to leave, he closed his eyes, he heard his son crying, at that moment he relived every second of the short life of his firstborn. This gave him immense courage and with a firm step he advanced to the entrance. What he did not know was that this supermarket had been robbed twice in the space of three months, and therefore they had supreme vigilance. The security cameras showed his nervousness. The security guards, because of their vast knowledge of the trade, knew that it was a robbery, although this time it was a solo robbery.
He always kept his hands inside his jacket He always kept his hands inside his jacket, which further alerted the owners of the establishment. The manager had already alerted the authorities and the two policemen, who were keeping a low profile: mixed with the customers inside the store; they were already on high alert. By the time Pedro Urquiola decided to enter with gun in hand, shouting the famous "hands up": that he saw in the movies, he was shot three times in the chest without warning. The ambulance sirens announced his fatal fate through the streets of the cold concrete jungle.
