Escribiendo

Writing
I am sitting here on my wooden throne with a foam lined with crimson linen fabric. My eyes are glued to the flat reflective monitor, my ideas are translated into verses and stories. The fingers move over the buttons in a continuous, tac, tac... The letters appear as fast as the keys are pressed, as when inspiration flows in cascades of fleeting ideas, which often the fingers fail to capture and fly like butterflies, which are lost in the breeze of a poetic summer.
I stop, I pause, I breathe deeply, I try to organize the ideas, I meditate, I imagine and I try to visualize the blurred images, I try to describe the most detailed, to what gives me the concentration. He refounded me in the story, I live it, he interacted with what happens. I return to the fingering in a harmonious, calm rhythm, before the avalanche of ideas. The text begins to live with each letter, with each paragraph, with each synonym, each antonym. Metaphors that turn the everyday into magic, exaggerated hyperboles of a simple fact like a work of art with psychedelic colors.
The text is a chemical mixture of emotions, fantasies, verses, darkness and reflections of the creator's existence that leaves a part of his essence in each sentence. That writing is an indelible imprint that will remain in the memory of those who read. It is a genetic identification impregnated in each curve of each letter, recognized in the style of the one he invents, a signature with a unique and original touch, like two zebras, which may be the same at first glance, but each jet line has unique curves among billions. Those lyrics are born from a birth overwhelmed with ideas, and they scream when they see the light, live, live, live..., like the Frankenstein when he is hit by the deadliest lightning and becomes conscious in the world.
But not everything is inspiration on the surface, sometimes the dreaded blockage comes, something that binds the mind, hijacks ideas and turns the field where ideas flourish into a desert. The head seems to explode in delusions for trying to excavate the ideas, buried in the deepest part of the mind. The butterflies that flew free through the hidden places of the mind, have turned into parched corpses, with excised eyes and an ashy black color, which melt when the bleak breeze passes.
My chair becomes an accumulator of regrets and despair. The keys are still waiting undaunted, waiting for the pressure of the finger, but time passes and I keep looking at the bright screen, with the cursor blinking on the last letter I managed to type, before entering the dark rooms of the lock.
I close my eyes and throw my head back, I take a deep breath, I try to restart my mind, like on a computer, I look for the reset button inside me, restart the ideas and expropriate that blockage, my furtive enemy that always arrives to martyr me in the least expected and most stressful moments.
I keep breathing calmly, looking for the reset, at that moment, my dear mother arrives with a cup of coffee, and a cordial smile so full of unconditional love, she strokes my curly hair and quietly leaves, just as she entered. That moment without words, but full of symbolism and feelings, makes the restart happen, and the block melts into particles before the new wave of ideas. I'm back in control and I'm still building the desktop, which is breathing again. I smile and take a sip of coffee as the hours continue to fall between sentences, phrases and verses.
This is my world, it's what I'm passionate about, it's what makes life meaningful, as long as my fingers can translate what my mind is saying, I'll be happy, creating, writing, writing, writing..., to the end.
