I continued intense duel against Thor, enduring heavy strikes before recalling the Leviathan Axe and unleashing Spartan Rage. As Mjolnir entered the fray, our battle launched into the air and crashed into a familiar arena, where I traded brutal, heavy blows while standing right alongside Thor's legendary hammer.
Crashing down into a new area of the arena, Thor immediately resumed his relentless assault, keeping up constant pressure and barely leaving me a single window to strike back.
Fighting him bare-handed felt completely unnatural, and I found myself genuinely missing the weight and reach of the Leviathan Axe as I ducked and dodged under his massive fists.
Once my Spartan Rage meter finally filled up, I activated the ability to turn the tide, surging forward to unleash a brutal barrage of bare-knuckle strikes that sent Thor staggering backward across the frozen ground.
Right as the rage wore off, Kratos called for his weapon, and the Leviathan Axe burst through the air directly back into his hands.
Holding the frost-coated blade once more, Kratos confronted Thor about whether he truly understood who he was dealing with or knew anything about Kratos's blood-soaked past.
With the axe secured, I went straight on the offensive, determined to give the legendary Thor the absolute beatdown he came looking for.
In the meantime, I got my spartan rage meter filled again so I activated fury for once more and taught Thor a good lesson where he couldn't do anything else rather than taking the beating.
Realizing he couldn't overpower Kratos with raw strength alone, Thor summoned Mjolnir to his grip, coating his strikes with dangerous crackles of lightning.
He charged forward, slamming the hammer into Kratos and launching us both off the ground, turning the fistfight into a chaotic clash high up in the air.
We crashed back down into a recognizable part of the landscape, covered in shattered stone and ice. Thor taunted Kratos to catch his breath, claiming the fight was nowhere near over, but I cut his dialogue short by ripping a massive boulder out of the ground and hurling it directly into his chest.
Knowing how iconic Thor is as a legendary warrior, I intentionally held back during a few of his attack patterns, letting him land a couple of heavy hits just to prolong the spectacle and respect his raw strength.
Returning the favor, I waded back into melee range to land heavy frozen chops with the Leviathan Axe while dodging his lightning projectiles. During one of our heavy clashes, Mjolnir was knocked free from his grip and landed embedded in the ground directly beside me.
Standing inches away from the mythical hammer, I couldn't help but admire the sheer detail on the weapon, knowing full well that Kratos couldn't simply pick up this weapon.
