So this past weekend I had Li Hing Honey Toast at Shokudo Japanese Restaurant & Bar.
Honey Toast is simply bread hollowed out and cubed. The cubes are caramelized with butter and honey, and then topped off with ice cream!
Shokudo has been serving these with various flavors since the mid 2000s. Here is Green Tea Oreo:
