Greetings, Hive friends!
After finishing our birdwatching session and taking some photographs of the local wildlife, we crossed the Havana Tunnel on our way back to the city. The tunnel leads into one of Havana's busiest areas, where there are always plenty of opportunities for street photography. So, without putting my camera away, I kept observing and trying to capture the best of the city.
Everything was going as usual until a completely bizarre scene filled the place with laughter and teasing. A couple accidentally let a rooster 馃悡 slip out of their hands, and as if the poor animal knew its terrible fate, it took off running down the street with all its might. Its life depended on it!
The whole scene was hilarious. Adults and children alike ran after the animal along one of Havana's busiest streets. It was such a strange and funny situation, the kind of thing you don't see every day and, of course, I couldn't resist photographing it.
I never found out whether they eventually caught the fast-moving animal.
Here is this little series, the ending to a very fun day.

Despu茅s de terminar la jornada de observaci贸n de aves y hacer algunas fotograf铆as a la fauna de la zona, cruzamos el t煤nel de La Habana rumbo a la capital. El t煤nel tiene su salida en una de las zonas m谩s populosas de la ciudad, donde siempre hay buenas oportunidades para hacer fotograf铆a callejera. As铆 que, sin guardar la c谩mara, segu铆 observando y tratando de captar lo mejor de la capital.
Todo iba como de costumbre hasta que una escena totalmente bizarra inund贸 el lugar de risas y burlas. A una pareja se le escap贸 un gallo 馃悡 y, como si el pobre animal conociera su terrible destino, sali贸 corriendo por toda la calle con todas sus fuerzas. 隆Su vida depend铆a de ello!
La escena era realmente graciosa. Tanto adultos como ni帽os corrieron detr谩s del animal por una de las calles m谩s concurridas de La Habana. Era una situaci贸n tan extra帽a como divertida, una de esas escenas que no se ven todos los d铆as y que, por supuesto, no me pude resistir a fotografiar.
Nunca supe si finalmente atraparon al veloz animal.
