Rights and duties are often based on belief and values. Some people tend more to feel they have a right to things. Others see themselves more in having the duty to provide. Who people feel rights, they have rights consider themselves to entitled to the range of benefits, from getting the first choice when there are others involved in not having to work and supported by other people. The sense of having the rights to have many forms they are: a teenagers feeling they have the right to do whatever they like without bearing the consequences, a manager feels they have the right to speak unpleasantly to their staff.
The duty is the ethical or moral accountability, especially to someone who has been corresponding right to demand satisfaction of an obligation. The sense of duty can include actions that are a parent working long hours to earn money to support their family, a leader who feels it is important to be open and honest with employees about the upcoming change.
