In a Traditional concept, labor relation was considered as a relationship between employee and the employers. The primary concerned of labor relation is to promote the of the healthy and harmonious relationship between employees and the employers. They were looked upon as a firefighting function to resolve labor disputes but In the modern sense, Labour relation is a dynamic concept- this has become a burning issue consisting of the relationship between workers, employers and social environment of the organization. The workers represented by thread unions, employers represented by employers association and social environment or society represented by the government and various pressure group. In modern concede pt, the legal relation is the study of workers and their trade unions, management, employers association and the state institution concerned with the regulation of employment. It is a system of employees, employers and the government with workplace and community. It refers to all means of the relationship between these parties.
