No. Sorry I wasn't clear about that. I talk about HR (Hive Rewards) and they split into Hive-Power and Hive.

I can imagine that "spamming" a video into a post and hit Publish only takes one minute but as a new User, you probably won't earn rewards with that. Maybe you even earn downvotes because it's not even sure if it's your content.

People need to put more effort into their posts and for every new User, it should be clear that more effort means more chance for succeeding on Hive.

Additionally, this is a blog and not everyone prefers to watch videos. I only rarely click on Video Posts. I prefer Text and some Users know that. They write descriptions of their videos and add value to their posts.

When we try to onboard YouTubers we should give them good advice because only telling them that hive is good to earn something would bring bad results in the long run. That's what i think is important in that matter.
