Fried banana anyone? I guess there's lot's of variety of fried banana around asean right? With different recipe makes its Crispiness crunchy yet soft in the inside. So for me today I went to the market for some ingredients since the banana seasons is here and I've lots of it at home.
Some ingredients needed
Coconut sugar
Fresh coconut milk
Flour
sesame
Brown sugar
Salt
Oil
Banana
Slice your banana at the portion you wanted
Flour with fresh coconut milk, mixed well until it become sticky but not too sticky like making bread.
Then added some brown sugar and salt into it. Stir again until it well even. And you're good to go
Use new oil for maximum freshness
Dip the banana into the flour that you prepare earlier
Fried it
golden brown color as is almost done. Can be taken out
