The pastry is the same one a few days ago I made for the soft tart with strawberry jam.

250 gr flour 00
100 gr granulated sugar
50 gr icing sugar
2 eggs
80 gr butter
Grated zest of one lemon
One sachet of baking powder
A few drops of chocolate
