January month is almost over and life seems to be coming on track however it's not normal life like before. The last year 2020 was very bad but still there few changes that happened in a better way for most of us.
Things moved to online space rapidly and this is getting even better now because not people like to do more things online and it saves time as well. Earlier classes were rarely happening online and even companies were not giving the option to work from home easily. It was because of the mindset that teaching over the video call is not much learning and the productivity of employees will also not up to the mark. It's been over 10 months and things like online classes, work from home, online shopping for daily necessities, etc are doing well.
Certainly, it was not easy for us to get familiar with online things. I had never been through online classes for my son so it was literally problematic for me but later I got familiar in few weeks. Now it's like part of life and it does not matter whether it's happening online or offline. Some of my friends are working from home and they are able to work even more wat they used to do from the office. The good thing is that now they get more family time and they are enjoying this new normal. Working from home saves their travel time and within this long period companies have also realized that their work can be done from home and for this purpose they need not visit the office every day.
Probably in coming months many of the companies will open workplace with the reduced number of people but still, they will give the option to stay at home for work few days in the week.
I like some of the good changes that have things easy and some of it is like I can order almost everything online now. Starting from utility bills, food, groceries, water, vegetables, daily necessities. Now since the need for the internet is increased so my Internet Service Provider has upgraded bandwidth and speed. I get 50 MBPS speed almost at the same price and now there are plans to have up to 200 MBPS which is great indeed.
So there are the changes that are because of covid and I found all these for a better life. I understand that we can't ignore the problem of the pandemic but this is not in our hand to control except following the social distancing and suggested precautions but these are good changes happened during this time.
