Technologies are evolving very faster than before this creates a concern for many people. Everyone is worried if their job will still exist in 10 years? As a businessman I have different kind of thoughts. I believe that some jobs may disappear and it's a good sign because there will be countless new opportunities. At the age of 50 I have seen enough, with my experience I can already tell that technology has changed the way people work now. I think there's nothing to worry about. We should think about how to make an use of the new opportunities.

Back in the past, it would take hours for a task to complete, but now in 2026 we can use technologies and within few seconds with the help artificial intelligence we can easily complete the tasks faster. People in business they prefer to use automation to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Because of this some traditional jobs may become less common in the future.

Also, I do not think that technologies will be able to replace the humans. As we know, machines can do repetitive tasks, but they can't create new ones because are not creative. Only a human being has that kind of capabilities. A machine can not do the leadership or solve problems in real life they can only solve maths. Machines can not understand emotions or feel it. In the end these skills will remain valuable no matter how advanced technology becomes.

People think that there will be a disaster if the jobs does not last long, because they are afraid of the adaption. They were not taught you adapt with the current environment as everyone focuses on only one career. But those people who wants to continue learning new skills they will easily adapt with the situation and have higher chances of succeeding. If the world of work is changing, people must be willing to change with it otherwise it's going to be a big loss for them. We should always educate ourselves even if we have graduated, we should have knowledge about new technologies, staying relevant is the only solution to face the future.

As a perspective of a businessman, I see more opportunities than threats. In Bangladesh people only see doctor, engineering as a career but there's more carers now which was not available 10 years ago, for example we have careers such as media manager, online photographer,AI specialist, content creator, influencer, etc. Youngsters are already adapting these careers at an early age and became successful. So, the same thing will happen in after 10 years.

So, even if the jobs continue to change we should be able to adapt. Taking precautions can give us the probability of high success. So, we need to be flexible, always stay ready for new opportunities and not worry.
