Hello Hive Fam

Good day to you all, and I hope you're having a good time wherever you are.

I had talked about the jio IPO a few days back, and at that time, I also discussed that I am going to apply for it. I have applied, and now the listing is about to happen, so I am waiting for the allotment, which should be happening today or max by tomorrow.

This IPO has been oversubscribed by 21 times, which I think is great because, generally, this much I have not seen with any company so far. This year, if I remember correctly, this kind of subscription I have also not seen in the last year. The reason why a lot of people are interested in investing in the company is that the company is the top telecom player in the country. Since they are working on some futuristic project which can bring more revenue to the company, probably this will also bring a lot of new users, which is, anyway, a good value addition to the company's portfolio.

I really hope that I get the allocation because I have not got any allotment in the last 6 months. Although I applied for a few good IPOs, maybe in this case I was not lucky enough to get that.

Now, since the year is about to end in 2 months, I am hoping that I can get this opportunity to get the allotment in this one because I am hoping that the listing is going to be profitable. I easily expect that there can be a good opportunity for people to earn about 15% to 20% just after the listing, considering the hype it has got in the market and the over-subscription, which is already done.

I use the Grow application, and it is a good application in terms of user interface. In the past, I have also used other applications like ShareKhan and Zeroda, but this one I like the most. It is offering a nice interface to apply for the GO and many other IPOs, which can be done just within a few taps. There is no need to go through the lengthy process, which I appreciate about the application. There are no charges for applying to the IPO, but if the allotment happens and then I sell, there will be some brokerage charges (which is obvious because every company relies on that revenue part). But for now, I'm just hoping that I get the luck I want to have to get the allotment in the IPO distribution. Thank you.
