Had kind of a Japanese breakfast this morning and I thought I would share it with you. I call this "Nori Eggs". In this bowl I had a piece of salmon from a few days ago, two eggs, an avocado, chopped green onion and cut up sushi nori.. AKA seaweed sheet. I put some Ponzu sauce on it to unify the flavors. Great breakfast... Turning Japaneses oh yes I'm turning Japanese I really think so....
