Dolato is a cross between Dos si Dos and Gelato. The is one of the purplest strains I've ever seen, and a dark deep purple. I was pretty impressed with this strain overall. The OG backbone in the Do si Dos came through in the Dolato, and the Gelato kept it interesting.
The look of this strain was wild. Super dark deep purple and lots of trichome coverage. It looks a little unrealistic to me with the deep purple and bright orange hairs, but here it is.
The smell wasn't very over powering, on the light side. It was sweet smelling, but I don't pick up much else from it.
It tasted really good. The OG Kush flavors come through, it's very piney and earthy with some sweetness.
Dolato is a hybrid leaning Indica. It's got a pleasant full effect to it but it's not too heavy. I have never tried Do si Dos but this makes me really want too.
