Banana Split by GTI

This strain presents a cross of Tangie with Banana Sherbet. This strain takes on more of a banana flavor to it than the Tangie, which doesn't really present. It's been a bit different from GTI each time I've had it, the first batch was super kushy, this batch is much more banana.

The Look

The look is just great. The nugs are dense and compact with a bright vibrant green color and small orange hairs. It's got dense trichome coverage that doesn't disappoint.

The Smell

Intense banana candy smell. Like sticking your nose in a jar of banana laffy taffy's. Very pleasent smell. Not the loudest strain ever, but pure bananas.

The Taste

The taste is like the smell, like banana laffy taffy's. It's got a little bit of earth and pine in the background, but the artificial banana is the dominant flavor profile.

The Effect

It is a nicely balance strain. Sativa enough that it isn't sedative, Indica enough that it doesn't leave you wanting a body high. A great daytime strain or a wake and baker. The effects are very pleasant uplifting.
