@noakmilo, in which I was invited by my partner @yeral-diaz.El reto consiste simplemente, en realizar más de 30 flexiones de pecho hasta llegar al fallo muscular. Algo que debo aclarar es que no tengo mucha resistencia en el empuje y por eso tal vez no pueda dar mi máximo esfuerzo en el reto, sin embargo me parece una muy buena intención la del video donde nos animan a todos a medir nuestra capacidad en las flexionas.
The challenge is simply to perform more than 30 push-ups until you reach muscle failure. Something I should clarify is that I don't have much resistance in the push-up and that's why I might not be able to give my maximum effort in the challenge, however I think it's a very good intention of the video where they encourage us all to measure our capacity in the push-ups.
Como pudieron ver mi cantidad final fueron 41 flexiones, una cantidad con la que mesiento sorprendido porque nunca había medido mi máximo en este ejercicio, fue maravilloso ser parte de este reto, y espero que sigan los retos en la comunidad, un saludo y nos vemos!
