The red squirrel or Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris)
This nimble squirrel ran on the ground and looked for food in the leaves. Seeing me, she cried out and climbed a tree, and began to watch. I did not bother her and went on. But before, I scattered some nuts for birds under the tree.
After a while I returned to this place, and she was already sitting on a tree and eating those same nuts. Unlike squirrels who live in city parks, forest squirrels are very careful and distrustful of people.
